Chris CarterSodexo Live! has an Educational Assistance program that provides financial support to eligible employees for undergraduate or graduate level courses which will enhance his or her skills in current or anticipated assignments.
Employee Eligibility: To be eligible to participate, employees must be employed on a full‑time (non-Union) basis, have satisfactory work and attendance levels and have successfully completed one year of full-time service with the Company. The question of whether or not an employee meets these eligibility requirements is to be finally determined by the Corporate Human Resources Department in its sole discretion.
In all cases, approval for coursework must be obtained from the Corporate Human Resources Department before registering for classes. A grade of C or better (or Pass in a Pass/Fail class) is required for reimbursement, along with proof of payment for the course(s).
Sodexo Live! may reimburse tuition cost of up to $3,500.00 per year. Registration fees, book expenses, supplies, parking, lab fees, and other fees are not covered.
The Reimbursement Agreement and Educational Assistance Application must both be completed and submitted to Corporate Human Resources for review and approval.
