Hello Team,
As you may have noted on your calendars, next Tuesday, April 23rd, we will be holding our Q3 Town Hall from 11:30am – 1pm EST. I really hope you can make time for this special event!
Typically, Town Halls combine key results updates and reminders, celebrations and announcements, and also a portion of time for questions and answers from the audience. This quarter, however, we have some special guests joining us and, to take advantage of that, we have tripled the time dedicated for questions and answers and revised the content to feature global happenings.
Nathalie Bellon-Szabo, our global Sodexo Live! CEO, happened to be hosting her leadership meeting in our very own Vancouver Convention Centre that week, so we chose our Town Hall day and time to take advantage. In attendance with her will be regional CEOs from the UK, Ireland, France and Spain, the global CEOs from our Lounges business, Sports Travel Hospitality group (STH) and Lenotre, and, last but not least, global functional leaders from finance, human resources and communications, just to name a few.
If you have questions you would love to ask any member of this group, please don’t hesitate to start sharing them HERE to ensure they get answered. To remain anonymous, click “begin” without entering your email address.
In the meantime, we look forward to using our upcoming time together to both reflect on and recognize Sodexo Live! North America’s results and priorities, as well as feature news from our global business, such as key achievements, Paris 2024 Summer Olympics preparations and the incredible success of our sister Lounges segment.
Don’t miss out!
Belinda

Welcome, Corey Donovan!
Corey joins the Sodexo Live! executive leadership team as Senior Vice President, Operations, Canada, reporting to Belinda. He has 25+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, accelerating business performance, projects and developing high performing teams. His track record of success runs across all of our mission-critical verticals: stadiums/arenas, convention centers, cultural attractions and more. Most recently, he served in a similar role as a Regional Vice President of Canada for Oak View Group. Prior to that, he held operational roles for Compass Group as well as Pursuit Collection. This is also a homecoming of sorts for Corey, as he actually spent time as the F&B Director for us at the Niagara Falls Convention Centre early on his career.

Meet One of Our First Lobster Ink Graduates: Chef Donald Harper, National Gallery of Art

Chef started his career at 16 years old and refined his skills in DC-area restaurants and universities. Executive Chef Gregory Pittman recommended him for the inaugural class of Lobster Ink students. “I knew that Donald needed to build more of a technical foundation to reach the next level,” said Pittman. “I also knew he would seize the opportunity to grow and take charge of his career.” Read more here.
