Brian Cliett1) The mobile APP can be found on iPhone APP Store or Android Play Store
2) Search for Egencia APP and download.
3) Enter in your user name, which is your Centerplate email address (i.e. john.smith@centerplate.com)
4) Select “Forgot username and/or password”, enter in your Centerplate email address. You will receive instructions via email from Egencia to set your mobile password.
5) Click on the link from Egencia and create your mobile password. Please this password is ONLY for the APP, not used for logging in through your computer.
6) Enter in password in the APP.
7) Egencia APP is now ready to use!
