We are streamlining the process for requesting new computers from the corporate office. This process can be used to request up to 4 new computers for your location.
Step 1: Complete this form with your request.
- If computer is for a new employee, please make sure the request form to setup their account has been submitted.
- This form can be filled out by anyone; however, your request will be sent for approval to your location’s approver.
Step 2: Form information is received by Corp IT and then a computer PAR is generated + sent for approvals.
Step 3: After approvals are received, the computer request will be added to the queue for configuring and shipping from the Greenville, SC office.
- If computer is for an existing employee, a member of the Help Desk will reach out to request username + password.
- If computer is for a new employee, please make sure the request form to setup their account has been submitted.
- If additional items (monitors or keyboards) are ordered, these will ship separately.
Step 4: Tracking of the shipments will be sent to the requestor/receiver. When the computer arrives, please contact the Help Desk for support in getting setup.
