Statement of Business Integrity

As part of our continuing compliance and education efforts, all Sodexo Live! employees located in the US and Canada are now required to review and acknowledge that they have received and will abide by the terms within the Guide to Business Conduct and Statement of Business Integrity.   The Guide to Business Conduct booklets can be ordered through Allegra Printing or you may utilize the pdf above and print them locally.

Any questions or concerns should be directed to Corporate Human Resources or Internal Audit/Ethics Departments.

You are strongly encouraged to report any violations of Company policies, instances of unethical conduct, or other business abuse to your immediate supervisor or Sodexo Live! Human Resources. If, however, you are unable to contact your immediate supervisor or Human Resources, or if you are uncomfortable doing so, you may use the Speak Up Ethics Line. Phone: 800 422-7358 , 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Speak Up Ethics Line is a toll-free telephone service administered by an outside third party that will gather information from you about the concern. This information will be forwarded to the appropriate Company representative for review.

Whenever possible, we highly recommend that you report concerns directly to management or Human Resources/Ethics Departments.  Sodexo Live! prohibits retaliation against anyone for making a good faith report of a suspected violation of a Company policy, unethical conduct or other business abuse.
